- Original certificate/testimonials relating to eligibility.
- Identity of the candidate.
- Their willingness to join the course at the station chosen/opted at the time of interview.
- The allotment will be made by the personal appearance of the candidates whose roll number/names are included in the merit list on the notified dates for the interview.
- The candidate along with them Admit card, 10+1 and 10+2 Certificates and marks sheets in the original and other eligibility certificate and affidavits for verification failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the interview. The candidate shall have to be present at the venue at the commencement of interview. No separate intimation will be sent for the interview/selection to individual candidates.
- The mere fact that the candidate has appeared in the interview shall not be entitle him/her for selection and admission as the same will be subject to the availability of seats and acceptance of the available seats.
- The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination in the concerned institution on the stipulated dates.
- The selection for admission will be cancelled if the selected candidate does not join the college on the stipulated date or whose particular are not found correct or who is not found medically fit.
- In case where two or more candidates have secured equal marks in the PMET their inter-se merit for the admission i.e. the tie between two or more candidates, will be decided as per following criteria in order of preference :-
- Candidate obtaining higher aggregate marks in the qualifying examination in four subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- Candidate obtaining higher marks in the Biology in the qualifying examination.
- The candidate older on age.
